Some patrons have "lived in apartments smaller and less well-equipped" than the units at this "family-friendly" Phoenix golf resort at the base of South Mountain, where "classy" accommodations have full-size kitchens and "huge" Jacuzzis; active types aver there's "something for everyone" here (volleyball, pool, tennis, shuffleboard) but the main attraction is the Gary Panks–designed public golf course; "perky waitresses" and "entertaining bartenders" mitigate a "small bar" that closes early and dining that's "not on par with the rest."

Architecture excellent; room design and appointments outstanding; quiet & secure.
We did not encounter anything we didn't enjoy.....
We were pleased with all aspects of this resort once thru the gate..... The suite we enjoyed was an outstanding design and the appointments were tasteful and high-quality. The grounds were well maintained and we had no concerns for our safety. ...read more

They were very helpful when our keys would not work.
Our experience was very positive.
